1. The service

Tagloom generates listing copy, tags, mockup images and Pinterest pins from ideas or files you provide. Output is AI-assisted and may contain errors.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a one-time email link. One free trial per person; creating multiple accounts to obtain extra trials is prohibited and may result in suspension.

3. Subscriptions, credits and billing

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled via the billing portal. Monthly credits reset each billing period and do not roll over; credit-pack credits do not expire while the account is open. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change with [30] days notice.

4. Your content and output

You keep ownership of what you upload and, to the extent permitted by law, of the output. You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring uploads and published listings do not infringe trademarks, copyrights or marketplace rules (including Etsy policies and Amazon KDP AI-content disclosure requirements).

5. Acceptable use

No unlawful, infringing, deceptive or abusive content; no scraping, reverse engineering or attempts to circumvent credit limits.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
